 過去六十年來，KYMCO為全球騎士提供了擁有卓越品質、獨特風格和人性化設計的頂尖速克達、打檔車和全功能地形車。KYMCO不僅滿足了騎士對城市通勤及越野探險的需求，更不斷在移動領域開創新局。

For six decades, KYMCO has delivered first-class scooters, motorcycles, and ATVs, building a legacy of quality, style, and design for riders worldwide. From city commuters to off-road adventurers, KYMCO is here to offer vehicles that not only enhance riders’ everyday lives but also set new horizons for mobility.

Hello everyone, I’m excited to discuss the announcement that we’re making today in partnership with KYMCO, and why we believe this is the right step in our greater strategy to electrify two wheels and grow ridership--by sharing our passion for products that are soulful by design, with as many riders as possible.

我們很高興柯董事長和KYMCO團隊正計劃向市場推出RevoNEX，我們相信KYMCO透過RevoNEX所傳達出來的電動車時代願景，正是RevoNEX能在市場上脫穎而出的關鍵因素。

We’re excited that Allen and the team at KYMCO plan to bring RevoNex to market, and we believe that KYMCO’s vision for these products will set them apart from other players in this space.

Which is why we’re proud to be supplying S2 powertrains for KYMCO on this project.

自LiveWire在2022年9月上市以來，搭戴S2動力系統的S2 Del Mar就是推動LiveWire業績成長的重要基礎；今年，我們也推出了S2 Mulholland，並且在2025年第二季及2026年都預計推出更多的相關產品。

Beginning with Del Mar, S2 has served as the foundation for LiveWire’s growth since we went public in September of 2022. This year we expanded the portfolio to include Mulholland, and there is still more product planned for S2 in 2025, 2026, and beyond.

S2動力系統的性能、續航力和操駕體驗深受騎士喜愛，而今年，S2 Del Mar和S2 Mulholland也為LiveWire在全世界創造了許多美好時刻。

S2 has delivered range, performance, and style that has been celebrated by riders and media alike—we have enjoyed some incredible global moments this year with Del Mar and Mulholland.

From Paris to Biarritz, Berlin to New York; riders, brands, and celebrities, have all found joy in the LiveWireriding experience, and even recently MCN declared Del Mar the best electric motorcycle of 2024.

因此，LiveWire與KYMCO在今年10月初剛完成新協議的簽訂，我們將結合雙方的專業領域，以更緊密的深度合作關係共同開發LiveWire的下一款S2產品。

Earlier in October we signed a new agreement with KYMCO to leverage our shared expertise and partnership, to develop LiveWire’s next S2 product.

LiveWire致力提供純粹且具有樂趣的電動機車騎乘體驗。我們知道在許多城市，像是巴黎或我們所在的米蘭，騎士們對騎乘的需求超出LiveWire現有產品能夠提供的體驗範圍之外。

We believe that electric motorcycles provide a pure and joyful riding experience, and while LiveWire has delivered on this promise, we also know that many people commute on other forms of two wheels in cities like Paris or where we find ourselves today, here in Milan, and that these riders’ needs and expectations may exist outside of our current products.

 

與KYMCO的深度結盟，正是能夠協助LiveWire推出一台以S2動力系統為基礎的大型速克達，來滿足這些騎士們的騎乘電動機車體驗需求。

The agreement with KYMCO has given LiveWire newfound solutions to address those needs by bringing to market LiveWire’s first electric maxi-scooter using the S2 powertrain.

我很高興在這裡跟各位分享，如同大家在螢幕上所看到的，我們打算以只有LiveWire能做到的方式來進入這個領域，一款不論在外觀上、科技上或體驗上，都獨樹一格的產品。

We’re excited to share the news and a first look with you, and as you can see on the screen behind me, we intend to enter this category in a way that only LiveWire could, with products that stand apart visually, technically, and experientially.

LiveWire S2動力系統在續航力及充電速率的優勢，加上順暢的線性扭力和動力輸出，讓我對LiveWire在速克達領域中的競爭優勢擁有高度信心。我相信騎士在第一時間就能從配備S2動力系統的大型速克達上得到前所未有的全新操駕性、舒適性及便利性。

The performance traits of our powertrain--such as range and recharge rates, in addition to our abilities to create smooth linear torque and power delivery--give me the confidence that these are LiveWire’scompetitive advantages in this category, and we anticipate riders immediately discovering new levels of excitement, comfort, and convenience commuting on a S2 powered electric maxi-scooter.

目前我們正與KYMCO深度合作推動此項目，目標在2026上半年推出LiveWire的首款大型電動速克達，因此在明年，我們會持續跟大家分享更多新的進展與消息。

LiveWire is working diligently with KYMCO to deliver our debut maxi-scooter in the first half of 2026, so you should anticipate more news and communication from LiveWire throughout next year.
